Location: East
Responsibilities
- Responsible to delegate new enquiries for processing by drafters, coordinate and verify the output
- Responsible to assign awarded projects to drafters to generate and submit shop drawings, final material extract and related documents inclusive coordination and verification of output.
- Responsible to attend customers complaints on technical or quality issues and follow up until they are resolved.
- Responsible to identify and enlist the latest authority regulations with regards to technical specifications for presentation to management
- Responsible to compile presentation materials and upkeep database on technical matters for organisational knowledge.
- Responsible to conduct spot sampling and inspection for incoming material in Logistics warehouse
- Responsible to update relevant sections of monthly report and submit to Technical Manager
- Ensure achievement of departmental and individual goal aligning with corporate goal
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Office, TEKLA/ BIM Software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
