FINANCE MANAGER ($4000-$5500/AWS/VB)ref: DL

$5500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Develop financial and tax strategies.
• Provide financial advice and support to the company with the aim of ensuring sound financial status.
• Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with the regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
• Oversee, prepare, review and report the monthly and year-end financial closing reports, timely reporting of the management report, review and management of audit reports, bankers and other statutory boards.
• Review and implement internal control policies and procedures.
• Provide advice on the financial implications of business activities.
• Develop and monitor internal controls and procedures to protect against fraud or other potential harmful situations.
• Direct and monitor cash flow/AR/AP/accounting/tax data preparations in order to ensure providing timely, accurate, reliable financial and tax data.

Requirements

• Minimum a Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Accounting Software systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
