FINANCE MANAGER ($5000-$6500/AWS/VB)ref: TK

$6500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

Responsibilities

• Enter General Ledger entries and month-end closing activities such as depreciation, amortization of prepayments, and accruals etc.
• Prepare month-end schedules and identify/highlight any discrepancies that require Management attention.
• Coordinate closely with China Finance Team on the submission of monthly closing schedules and oversee the monthly closing, review quarterly reporting packages.
• Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.
• Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
• Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
• Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.
• Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts.

Requirements

• ACCA or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP System is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
