$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Effective escalation of complex issues to next level for assistance in a timely manner
- Provide accurate and timely documentation in IT Service Management Tool.
- Perform IMACD service requests (install, move, add, change & decommission) of IT equipment and software.
- Proactive update and follow up to end users
- Coordination and liaison with customer or other support teams
- Focus on SLA and resolution process
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Guide end user on required applicable tasks
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with MS Office, Jira, Navision is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
