LAB TECHNICIAN ($2500-$3200/AWS/VB)ref: TK

$3200 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

To assist in research and development on Cement based mortar formulation, including raw material alternative evaluations.
Carry out raw materials and finished product sampling and testing to ensure quality compliance.
Validate product performance against industry standards and/or by developing internal criteria and methods of evaluation.
Ensure product performance meet local authority standards or specifications.
Manufacturing support on formulation troubleshooting, process improvement and ensuring product meet intended specifications.
Support customer & business unit to perform technical service, product application trial & training when needed.
Ensure compliance with Laboratory Safety Management Standard.
Ensure the workplace safety and security.

Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Laboratory / R&D is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
