Location: East
Responsibilities
- Manage, oversee and lead the daily operations of the IT Network Security.
- Providing day-to-day support by analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving service incidents on the network and security issue.
- Proactivity monitoring, support and troubleshoot network bandwidth capacity and network performance to ensure uninterrupted services.
- Experience and good knowledge in security technologies, including firewall, IDS & IPS, VPN etc.
- Perform appliance upgrades and migration to ensure solutions and or related platform are maintained in operational conditions with proper documentation.
- Providing on-call support, including the ability to work a flexible off-hours schedule for planned/unplanned maintenance, as needed.
- Coordinate and manage local and regional ISP on maintenance, changes, and implementation of WAN (Internet).
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science/Cyber Security or Engineering related fields.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience is Routing & Switching – Cisco / Huawei / FortiSwitch / HP is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
