ACCOUNTANT ($3000-$3800/AWS/VB)ref: DL

$3800 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Support the accounts payable functions, including processing payments, monitoring aging reports, following up on outstanding payments, and resolving any discrepancies.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial data to ensure the accuracy of recorded transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets.
• Process monthly payroll and file statutory contributions including CPF and IR8A.
• Assist with the preparation of financial data for audits and regulatory reporting.
• Maintain and organize financial documents, records, and reports in a systematic and secure manner.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, providing necessary financial information and assistance.
• Liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, and government authorities where required

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy/Finance or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Financial Reporting Standards, Tax Regulations & Companies Act.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
