Location: West
Responsibilities
- Provide direct HSE advice and support to operational management to ensure HSE improvements are implemented.
- Develop and suitable, practical, workable processes that reduces HSE risks as low as we practically can.
- Implement and monitor compliance with the company HSE management systems and policies.
- Assist with creating meaningful HSE campaigns and initiatives that deliver real change.
- Host and lead audits (internal, clients and authorities).
- Coordinate industrial hygiene and occupational health requirements.
- Prepare health and safety plans and support the continuous developing of internal policy.
- Monitor HSE KPIs.
Requirements
- Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with the local labour, health and safety legislation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
