5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Promote a diverse range of retail banking and investment products to our clients.
• Skillfully upsell and cross-sell the comprehensive suite of products and services offered by the bank.
• Offer expert advisory services, recommending tailored wealth management products to prospective customers.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of internal policies and procedures to effectively manage the sales cycle and facilitate transactional execution.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvements based on customer feedback, encompassing product and service offerings, sales processes, and operational procedures.
• Support, contribute to, and drive technology initiatives such as Internet applications and mobile applications, enhancing customer convenience and service excellence.
• Prepare reports as required by management
• Maintain proper inventory control

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in Banking, Insurance & Financial Services or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in sales and financial products and services is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
