Location: East
Responsibilities
- Setting up the company’s BIM Standards and generating BIM Contents for Projects.
- Driving implementation of the project’s BIM/VDC/IDD strategy and related digital systems, as well as promoting the collaborative use of BIM.
- Leading a team of BIM coordinators/ modellers for all disciplines including Architecture, Civil Structural, Mechanical & Electrical and BIM specialists.
- Establishing and implement BIM Execution Plan, maintaining BIM standards and being responsible for the development, implementation, and management of BIM processes for all disciplines.
- Providing guidance and training internally in BIM and VDC applications.
- Managing and enforcing quality control/assurance of BIM documentation.
- Working with stakeholders and the project team to identify and resolve technical issues in BIM modelling and coordination.
- Conducting training and assisting project members on the use of BIM software.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM360 platform, and other relevant software.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
