Responsibilities
- Provide level 1 & 2 technical support (onsite and remote) to end-users on hardware and software-related issues
- Manage IT support tickets, plan and prioritize systematically to minimize backlogs as well as escalate the incidents when necessary
- Update and maintain documentation such as administration & user guides
- Maintain IT asset and inventory
- Track and report assigned tasks completion and meeting SLA targets
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Participate in IT projects and handle any IT ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with different platform technologies (Windows, MacOS, Linux) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
