Location: North
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with external certification bodies, customers, and internal departments to gather and submit documentation in order to meet certification requirements and acquire certification reports, including those related to Semi S2-S8 and NFPA79 standards.
- Work together with ISO certification bodies to establish, oversee, evaluate, and sustain ISO systems.
- Manage both internal and external ISO audits, as well as documentation and associated activities, to enhance awareness and ensure company processes align with ISO standards.
- Create, assemble, and review technical documentation, including equipment manuals, specifications, and procedures.
- Conduct research and assess technical data to support internal needs and external requests from customers.
- Maintain meticulous control over documentation records and ensure timely updates for any changes.
- Monitor project schedules closely to ensure compliance with documentation submission deadlines.
- Ensure that relevant documentation is in place before submitting design changes.
Requirements
- Min Degree’s qualifications in Science/Chemistry or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of engineering science and technology including the safe use and disposal of chemicals is a plus.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
