ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE ($2800-$3500/AWS/VB)ref: VK

$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare the Commission report, Central Billing Commissions as well as reconciliation of deposits and other advance deposit at month end to facilitate general ledger posting.
• Post and update daily settlements in the Accounts Receivable System.
• Monitor group master accounts from check-in through checkout, ensuring correctness of billing.
• Prepare and mail invoices with proper documentation as amount transferred to Accounts Receivable.
• Prepare and mail individual travel voucher accounts with proper documentation with-in 48 hours as transferred to Accounts Receivable.
• Comply all pay-out, rebate and miscellaneous charge vouchers for Director of Finance / Financial Controller’s review and approval.
• Verify the General Cashier’s report against the daily bank deposit slips for deposits.
• Prepare and distribute the daily flesh report prior before the morning Operation Meeting to members and Head of Department.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy/Finance or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Financial Reporting Standards, Tax Regulations & Companies Act.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
