Location: West
Responsibilities
- Supervising reporting process in all LS&E Division (monthly, forecasts, planning etc.)
- Leading standardization and optimization of reporting processes, from data submission to MRM preparation
- Work in close collaboration with LS&E VP Finance and Controlling on harmonizing and improving reporting landscape in diverse LS&E environment
- Support preparation of consolidated LS&E management reporting
- Develop, implement and monitor group and LS&E guidelines and policies
- Help, coach and work closely with regional finance and controlling teams
- Participate in preparation of planning, forecasts and strategies
- Conducting standard and ad-hoc analysis, as well as preparation and follow up of different reviews
Requirements
- Degree in business administration with focus on finance/controlling or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
