Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Compile and analyze current and past financial data and performance with regard to equity and debt financing, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Performs integrated revenue/expense analysis
- Develops projections, reports, and presentations of the impact of a equity/debt financing or merger/acquisition on the organization
- Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management
- Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management
- Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Ad-hoc by the management
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder in Accountancy / Economics / Finance or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in relevant computer software such as Excel, PowerPoint skills, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
