Location: West
Responsibilities
- Assists the project team in combining all information of various trades
- Alerts project team for any changes or clashing of various trade / Architect / structures and M&E
- Coordinates and monitor shop drawing submission schedule
- Able to prepare shop drawings and design according to consultants recommendations and specification. like details drawings and M&E coordination drawing for Project Supervisor / Manager
- Co-ordination with Architectural subcontractors on their work.
- Ensure all critical dimensions are highligted and details are workable and coordinated with other trades.
- To Assist QS to compare tender drawing and construction drawings.
- Attend Technical meeting
Requirements
- Diploma in Architecture / Engineering / M&E or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in CAD and 3D modelling competent (AutoCad, Revit, AutoDesk Inventer) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
