Location: West
Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients & consultants for BIM modelling and coordinate/collaborate using Revit.
- Ensure construction documents, parameters and information accuracy for BIM modelling.
- Adhere to BIM execution plan and BIM projects workflow criteria.
- Prepare drawing and 3D model for construction, coordination and as built purposes.
- Monitor and update model/CAD drawing as per site condition changes.
- Participate in planning and design support to civil & structural engineering projects.
- Provide BIM Modelling / CAD drafting and design support.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
- ITE / Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Engineering and Construction Industry (AEC) / BIM / VDC or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of, and proven practical background in, Autodesk Civil3D, Revit and related Building Information Modeling software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
