SENIOR ACCOUNTANT ($4800-$6000/AWS/VB)ref: BS

$6K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparation of monthly financial reports / quarterly GST Form 5 / Tax computation and filling (ECI & Form C) / withholding tax Form S45.
• Handle Surveys (e.g. Enterprise GTP survey & Statistics TIS / MSS / AIS / BES surveys, etc.).
• Year-end audit and statutory filing requirements. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and statutory filing requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and professional advisors on related matters.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets and forecast, preparing periodic reports that compare actual costs to budgeted costs.
• Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Analyze revenues, expenses, working capital, cash flow, other key financial indicators, and provide advice on potential current and future impact on the business operation.
• Monitor and review income and expenditures classifications as per the requirements of Global Traders Program (GTP) and prepare progress report for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (e.g. ACCA/CA) in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in Singapore GST, corporate taxation, cross border taxation, and accounting standards is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
