BUILDING QUANTITY SURVEYOR ($3000-$4000/AWS/VB)Ref: TK

$4K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: West

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities, prepare quotation and cost estimates.
• Source for required materials and vendors, handle interim progress claim, variation of sub-contractors’ progress claims and variation orders.
• Preparation and submission of variation order and final Accounts.
• Measure and take off quantities for building, architectural and structural work elements
• Interpret and prepare M&E, architectural shop drawings, section details, building drawings, co-ordination drawings, reading specifications etc
• Able to liaise with consultants, architects, clients in the administration of projects
• Able to produce Auto cad 2D, 3D & Revit drawings
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Survey/ Electrical Engineering/ Building Services or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Autocad 2D, Autocad3D, Revit drawings is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
