Location: North
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong project management skills to ensure project submissions, delivery, and completion adhere to schedule.
- Excel in performing within a construction environment, closely collaborating with architects, consultants, designers, and contractors.
- Ensure project requirements and budget constraints are met effectively.
- Proficiently handle project challenges by offering solutions.
- Provide timely updates to management regarding project status.
- Participate in site meetings for both new and ongoing projects.
- Address maintenance concerns during the project Defect Liability Period (DLP).
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or an equivalent field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with Autocad, Dialux, and Relux software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
