Responsibilities
- Provide expert financial advisory services to private companies preparing for IPO, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Prepare financial statements for clients.
- Analyze complex financial data, conduct thorough due diligence, and offer insightful recommendations for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including external auditor, legal, compliance, and investment specialists, to ensure the completion of the client’s IPO.
- Advice on financial system improvements and make recommendations.
- Advice on current internal controls and suggest process improvements to strength the control processes.
- Support business development efforts, identifying new opportunities for financial advisory services and expanding the client base.
- Other ad-hoc duties/ projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or other professional accounting qualifications.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and other accounting tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
