SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE ($3000-$5000/AWS/VB)ref: DA

$5K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Be responsible in communicating program changes and the implications of such to team and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
• Provide necessary tracking and other reports as required.
• Work closely with Media and Accounts Management teams to ensure alignment in program details and processes.
• Assist Local MDF team/s, clients, and media partners on compliance queries, when necessary
• Accesses Intel systems to create activity numbers and assist the client in maintaining vendor funding plan and accruals.
• Participates in local MDF review call with stakeholders and Regional team.
• Ensures the agency’s contractual obligations to the documentation retention process as required by partners are being adhered to
• Attends regional and local MDF status meetings with client and partners

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy/Finance or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
