Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Support Customer Service manager on account issues.
- Proficient in aftersales service, including sales quotation, order processing, follow-up, and generating reports.
- Maintain professionalism when handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring resolution is provided when needed.
- Engage with customers to address account matters and build rapport through regular communication.
- Coordinate with internal customers on account-related issues and provide support.
- Administer shipping, invoicing, and logistic coordination.
- Maintain data integrity of sales records, customer records into the ERP System.
- Participate in marketing event planning and execution.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Business or Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
