Responsibilities
- Lead Finance team to perform day-to-day finance processes, responsible for organizing and managing comprehensive financial management and accounting work.
- Responsible for annual Plan and rolling forecast. Oversees the business planning and forecasting process for the area of responsibility and ensures delivery of accurate and timely forecasts.
- Establish and oversee processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information. Ensure high quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules.
- Partner with business to provide in-depth, accurate and timely analysis to support the decision making. Identify issues and advise management on action plans and operational strategies to resolve. Drive appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency. Manage and closely monitor the cash flow and takes action to improve Net Working Capital.
- Assess business risk exposure and defines risk mitigation strategies to reduce impact on business performance. Ensure risk management processes are consistently implemented in own area of responsibility. Identify and communicate commercial and financial risks and opportunities from business propositions.
- Ensure transparency in financial reporting and disclosures. Define and implement internal controls regarding financial and non-financial operations. Ensure compliance with corporate and country standards, regulations, and guidelines.
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Ad hoc analysis to support business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and / or Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with ERP systems or/ ERP system migration is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
