Location: North
Responsibilities
- Actively contribute and participate in driving/co-driving key strategic initiatives and in developing business or investment cases (including but not limited to new market entry, partnerships, decarbonisation/renewables etc)
- Provide overall support for an innovative and sustainable data centre campus development in local
- Drive sustainability efforts to decarbonize new and existing data centres, including working with renewable energy and low carbon energy providers
- Work on data centre development projects in local and overseas
- Support end-to-end investment process, including origination, deal evaluation, commercial viability, financial analysis and modelling, negotiations, due diligence, and execution
- Conduct market research / scanning and be up to date with industry developments in key identified markets
- Prepare briefing papers and presentations materials for management, potential partners and customers
- Support ad-hoc initiatives as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Corporate Finance, Real Estate, Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Data Centres or green industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
