FINANCE EXECUTIVE ($3000-$4000/AWS/VB)ref: VK

$4K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities of the Finance Executive include preparation of month-end schedules (Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Fixed
• Assets, Inter-company reconciliations, bank reconciliations, etc.)
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports and other financial reports required by Management
• Responsible for the processing of staff claims and vendor payments in an accurate and timely manner
• Liaise with various stakeholders on operational accounting issues, financial accounts, regulatory filings and other matters where necessary
• Liaise with auditors on annual audit of financial statements of assigned companies
• Liaise with banks on facilities and other banking matters
• Assist in the design and execution of Standard Operating Procedures (“SOPs”) to enhance the efficiency of finance processes

Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
