Location: North

Responsibilities

• Responsible for client events calendar, plan and implementation of VIP client events including: sourcing for venue, food & beverage, materials event items, set up, engagement and briefing of all parties involved to drive successful events
• Presentation of event plans and strategies to stakeholders for validation and evaluation of campaign/event effectiveness
• Identify opportunities and lead execution for external collaborations to drive acquisition of new clients
• Manage, plan, implementation and evaluation of retail marketing strategies – mall promotions, loyalty program, CRM, client gifting, joint promotions with the objective of client acquisition and drive increase sales
• Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, collaborate with stakeholders to create ideas and content to tell engaging stories and thereby driving traffic to stores and increase conversion rate
• Management of retail in-store touchpoints to enhance client experience (example: visual merchandise, store collaterals, etc) while adhering to corporate/brands guidelines
• Implementation of social and digital campaigns by maintaining the brand social media communications calendar, ensuring campaign deliverable are implemented on time, within budget and brand guidelines
• Explore new retailer-led and brand-led digital and social media initiatives, and ensure a well-integrated digital campaign that meet brand goals

Requirements

• Degree holder specializing in Marketing/Mass Communication/Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge in social media, website & e-commerce and digital solutions is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
