Location: East
Responsibilities
- Setting up ERP system via Microsoft Dynamics
- Overviewing of administration assistance and sales coordinator.
- Conduct trainings to different department ofvimplementing the new software.
- Handle full set of Accounts
- Perform AR/AP/GL function, general bookkeeping.
- Prepare quarterly GST return and assist in tax return, annual.
- Handle full set of accounts and prepare financial schedules (AR/AP ageing report, GL, fixed asset register, bank reconciliation, inter-company reconciliation)
- Prepare of yearly and monthly closing, including preparation of journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and other adjustments
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in ERP software via Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
