Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing communication plans and campaigns.
- Create compelling content for various channels, including social media, website, blog posts, and email newsletters.
- Monitor and manage social media platforms, responding to customer inquiries and engaging with the online community.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and insights for content creation and campaign development.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing communications.
- Maintain proper inventory control
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
