Responsibilities
- Hands on within Network operations and troubleshoot experience.
- Understand customers’ orders and service needs through online and door-to-door visits,
- Proactively coordinate resources, and complete delivery in timely manner
- Responsible for high quality services delivery to clients by working out the delivery plan and implement the overall delivery service with the services engineer
- Engage and facilitate the demanding work in cross functional teams in requirement gathering and documenting network service delivery process and procedures
- Working experience within CBU team to ensure deliverables are being met and provided as per agreed SLA
- Accountable for monitoring and updating the documents regularly in accordance with established and agreed guideline.
- Stakeholder management, ability to hold the discussion with the leads in the organization and customers to clearly define support and delivery requirements
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in IT or network or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge on Cisco and Juniper routing & Switching Products and optic networking is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
