SYSTEM SPECIALIST ($3500-$4500/AWS/VB)ref: SH

$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• EUC/Systems Specialist will be the Subject Matter Expert and technically proficient who will provide technical expertise to help implement, review or check matters in the respective areas.
• Able to present solutions to management.
• EUC/Systems Specialist will focus on Servers and End Point setup like OS, patching, access control, AV scanning, VAPT, hardening to ensure they are in compliance to IT and Security standards
• To review project proposals from IT perspective for completeness and compliance,
• Assist with the implementation and coordination with vendors and internal Infra, Network and Security teams e.g. raising of Change Request or Service request in IT Porta and tracking it to completion.
• Assist with establishing IT specification for MDOTS solutions for RFP.
• Work with vendors and internal infrastructure team to facilitate deployment and operations.
• Working closely with Security, Network and System Teams & Raising Service Request for the necessary action required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Patching, Access Control, Anti Virus scanning is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
