$6500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Ensure safe operations of vessels
- Conduct regular ship inspections to ensure compliance to the local/international statutory requirements, safety procedures and environmental protection requirements.
- Monitor, coordinate and attend to vessels for oil major/class inspections related matters
- Incident / Accident Investigation and Reporting
- Able to carry out Superintendent Inspection and Audit on board vessel.
- Conduct crew training/familiarization
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with ISM codes, ISPS, MARPOL and other maritime regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
