Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the APAC Commercial Director to develop and execute sales strategies for the oil & gas, and wind farming divisions within the APAC region.
- Identify and target potential clients in the oil & gas and wind farming sectors, leveraging existing networks and actively seeking out new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase the benefits and features of our on-board crane systems and related services.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including engineering, operations, and customer support, to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and potential challenges.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in consultative technical sales cycle in the oil & gas industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
