Responsibilities
- Prepare sales quotations for customers and administrative support to the sales team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process and monitor customer orders and invoices, and manage inventory levels.
- Collaborate with inter-company and external suppliers to manage orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
- Update and maintain accurate sales and customer records.
- Generate monthly sales reports and any other duties as assigned by management
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in an administrative/coordination/customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
