Responsibilities
- Plans, creates and develops engaging social media content, schedules/ calendars and pipeline, working closely with the content production team;
- Manages social marketing calendars and upload approved content on social media platforms in line with content ideas and campaigns for brands and products;
- Manages and oversees social media platforms/ communities by crafting appropriate responses to social media posts and discussions;
- Manages and plans digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns; working closely with the digital marketing team;
- Monitors, evaluates and reports on performance of digital and social media platforms post-mortem to achieve effective marketing goals (KPIs) and ROI that increase awareness, engagement and sales where applicable;
- Analyses competitor activity and research new digital and social media opportunities that are beneficial for the brands and businesses;
- Works with the commercial and category teams to ensure their commitment and engagement in the plans and in turn optimal marketing execution;
- Oversees the development and upkeep of influencer marketing and contacts;
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge in social media, website & e-commerce and digital solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
