Location: North
Responsibilities
- Assist Sales customer leads and provide test engineering expertise to our customers.
- Provide technical support to customers while on-site or from field office
- Travel to customer sites and perform installations and troubleshooting of probe cards on ATE Systems.
- Industry knowledge of wafer chip fabrication and broad understanding of process steps used to manufacture semiconductors.
- Broad knowledge of automated and semi-automated test equipment and reliability testing.
- Knowledge of parametric, functional, and high-power devices testing
- Knowledge of Metrology, Probers and Testers is a plus
- Consult with customers directly for installations and troubleshooting if required
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or with relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Technical support/Engineering support to ATE systems is a plus.
- Possess a Class 3 License.
