$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Preparation of drawings using Revit, Archicad/Autocad
- Ensure drawings are in order as per design requirements
- Knowledge of authorities requirements
- Assist in BIM Modelling projects to ensure compliance with Authority requirement
- Coordinate with in-house architectural & structural team to minimize discrepancies.
- Assess, prepare and submit progress claims for project consultants & subcontractors.
- Coordinate and assist site superintendent on installation and maintenance of site temporary utilities services.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Revit/BIM, Archicad is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
