Responsibilities
- Oversee assigned properties portfolio to ensure optimum property and performance not limited to tracking of NPI, CAPEX, OPEX and occupancy levels
- Review and recommend to management leasing terms with guidance of Limits of Authority (“LOA”) to ensure leases contracted are favourable to the owner
- Collaborate with building management team to identify and resolve occupancy issues, recommend corrective action and follow-up
- Review and monitor property capital expenditure against budget, schedule, and coordinate capital movement for capex and/or maintenance requirements
- Monitor the financial and operational status of assigned properties/portfolio
- Review property monthly reports and financial statements, analyse performance against budget, research variances, recommend and implement operational changes to meet performance objectives and budget
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Real Estate/Real Estate Business/Project & Facilities Management/Finance/Accounting or equivalent
- 5 years of Asset Management or Property Management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess strong analytical and financial skills
