LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE ($3000-$3700/AWS/VB)ref: JK

$3700 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Handle and process export orders to all countries.
• Review export L/C to ensure the terms are as according to Pro-forma Invoice and request amendments if required.
• Follow up with Sales, Customer and Finance on the payment related matters as and when required prior shipping arrangement.
• Arrange FCL, LCL or air freight with the logistics service providers and advise the vessel details to customer.
• Arrange transportation for local and export orders, and ensure timely shipments by hauler. For Dangerous Goods shipments, follow-up with forwarder or carrier for PM4 approval, and liaise with hauler for container trucking upon DG approved.
• Issue Packing List to warehouse for local & export shipments.
• Liaise with internal and external customers on customer inquiries or request and shipment co-ordination, and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure accuracy and timely preparation of all shipping documents.

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Navision System is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
