Responsibilities
- Plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs for new products
- Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods; testing finished-product and system capabilities; and confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.
- Confirms system and product capabilities by designing feasibility and testing methods and properties testing and customer demonstration
- Perform engineering calculations to support design work
- Designs mechanical and electromechanical products and systems by developing and testing specifications and methods.
- Thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, and materials.
- Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components.
- Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Requirements
- Diploma, Bachelor/ Master of Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in 3D CAD programs such as NX, Solidworks, or Autodesk Inventor is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
