5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries from customers/prospects daily
- Uphold service standards by responding promptly and accurately to queries
- Generate new sales, cross-sell/upsell to leads
- Gather feedback from interactions and provide timely reports on leads to partners
- Create sales and follow up on existing/prospect for business
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Performs other duties and activities as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, sales and marketing, business or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge or interest in property management business is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
