Project Sales Manager ($6K – $7K / HVAC / Instrumentation / AWS / VB) RC

Salary Range: $6K – $7K

Location: West

• Key role in the conceptual development of the various HVAC projects and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation.
• Ensure support to the bid handling when it comes to complex bids in project Sales and ensure smooth handover of won bids to the project delivery team.
• Instrumentation, method of automatic control, and electrical cabinet and applications within HVAC (Heat, Ventilation, Air Con) System, Plumbing and Sanitation
• Required to plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan whilst managing the day-to-day operational aspects of projects which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control
• Responsible for cost management to manage projects within approved budgets, include materials, manpower and machinery cost control for new and running projects

Requirements:

• 5 years relevant working experience within the Building industry
• Diploma or Degree qualification
• With strong years of experience in construction / Building / HVAC / Instrumentation field
