Location: West
Responsibilities
- Assist in driving and managing the IT/ Software implementations and/ or Change Management in the eldercare sector using our proven implementation/ on-boarding methodology
- Liaise with customers/ end-users (e.g. administrators, IT Manager, etc) on project related matters such as schedule, resource, change request, quality, user acceptance testing, training, change management, deployment, etc
- Keep track and ensure timely delivery of targeted milestones
- Assist in business process study (current & future state mapping), functional and business analysis
- Drive and maintain project administration and documentation
- Mentorship and guidance, and professional training will be provided
- Chance to participate/ drive proof-of-concept and/ or innovation projects
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient with MS Office Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Visio, etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
