Location: East
Responsibilities
- Track all aspects of service provisioning and regularly communicate with NTT customers
- Manage orders with 3rd party vendors such as collocation and telecom carriers
- Troubleshoot service issues including carrier circuit and routing issues
- Configure and validate network configurations
- Engage with network operations on support escalations
- Manage network migration work to support network growth
- Maintain and update customer data in GIN OSS systems
- Attend and participate in industry events, including NANOG and RIPE
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in the areas of engineering, computer science, information systems or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Linux, Windows and MacOS computing environments is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
