Location: West
Responsibilities
- Responsible to implement a maintenance regime of site equipment to ensure that it meets the required plant and airside efficiency
- Troubleshooting technical issues relating to ACMV/HVAC systems and carry out the necessary repair works
- Organise, plan and assign monthly work duties of team members
- Conduct skills training to new technician or air hygienist
- Maintain high safety standards in a work site
- Conduct daily toolbox meeting
- Conduct discussions and meetings with building management and tenants
- Prepare proposals/quotations and routine reports
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Technical/Mechanical/Electrical industry is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
