Responsibilities
Deliver assigned ICT projects and solutions to the region within approved budget, timeline, and scope in accordance with the annual action plans and mid-term plans.
Conduct technical evaluation and recommendation of new SOE laptop, desktop, and accessories.
Prepare and maintain the standard hardware specification documentation and distribute to the affiliate countries.
Manage day to day helpdesk Incident and service management
Manage Proofpoint Email protection licensing administration and change request.
Support desktop team in Proofpoint cloud user administration and all request or issues related to
inbound/outbound email delivery and protection.
Manage TrendMicro licensing administration for the region.
Support desktop team in computer hardware and software related issues.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in information technology (or equivalent
proven knowledge with work experience)
Min 3 years IT Experience in end-user MNC environment focusing on end
user computing, systems, cloud infrastructure support.
Strong in enterprise IT systems.
