Location: East
Responsibilities
- Responsible for conducting business requirement studies.
- Understanding and map business process to system process.
- Liaise with MIS team, internal users & external software vendors.
- Develop test plan and test cases, and participate in testing and UAT.
- Develop user manual and conduct user training.
- Provide 1st line help desk support for day to day issues.
- Keeping local management and users updated on project progress.
- Assist the IS Manager/Project Manager in projects and operations matters
Requirements
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- System/Software handling experience (preferably PLM, SAP, Microsoft SQL Server) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
