Location: CBD
Responsibilities
- Oversee application support & maintenance
- Liaise with stakeholders to identify business needs
- Translate business requirements and user needs into functional specifications
- Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are incorporated into system design
- Work with relevant stakeholders on user acceptance testing
- Support change requests, plan and maintain the application environment with the latest patches
- Lead the team in defining project requirements, tracking, functional documentation & training materials
- Plan and conduct end-user training
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with relational database technology, SQL, and Trello is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
