Location: East
Responsibilities
- Proper installation, testing and repair of all electrical and electronic wiring.
- Reading and interpreting design schematics to ensure the proper installation of electric systems.
- Troubleshooting major system failures and equipment malfunctions.
- Provide technical support to customers, including testing, commissioning, programming and troubleshooting for the company’s product range.
- Write concise and accurate service reports.
- Provide positive service experiences for our customers.
- Attend to fault calls and respond within stated time stated in agreement.
- Provide technical support to customers including but not limited to, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance and training for the company’s relevant product range.
Requirements
- Diploma or NITEC/ Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Quality assurance/Quality control is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
