$2500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Front end support to office staff & ship crew on hardware and software & mobile device issues.
- Coordinating repairs, replacement life cycles (IT inventory/ management), hardware & software migration & subscription administrations.
- To manage & communicate with office staff & ship crew on IT support requests.
- To enforce company cyber security policies.
- Assist to set up and maintain user accounts
- New system hardware and software evaluation
- Work with Regional support team on cases that require onsite support
- Evaluate desktop software or hardware requests that will help the branch to improve on work productivity.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Cybersecurity or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in IT / System/ Helpdesk/ Software/ Security / Network is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
